Shipping policy

Order processing time: up to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited (handover of the parcel to the carrier).

Delivery: shipments are handled by DHL. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal. Estimated delivery time within Poland: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Delivery costs: shown in the cart before placing an order.

Shipment tracking: after dispatch you will receive an e-mail with a DHL tracking number.
