Terms of service

§ 1. General provisions

1. The online store available at pl.cellpowerx.com (the "Store") is operated by Cellpower X, Lda, a company incorporated under Portuguese law with its registered office at Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, Nº 21, 8º, 1050-166 Lisbon, Portugal, registered in the Portuguese Commercial Registry, NIPC: 518319067, EU VAT number: PT518319067 (the "Seller").

3. These Terms define the rules for concluding sales agreements through the Store and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.

§ 2. Prices and payments

1. All prices in the Store are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

2. The available payment methods (electronic payments, payment cards and others) are presented in the cart before placing an order.

3. For products sold on a subscription basis, the renewal terms and the minimum subscription period (3 months) are presented before placing the order and require the Customer's explicit acceptance.

§ 3. Order processing and delivery

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. The maximum order processing time (handover of the parcel to the carrier) is 5 business days from the date the payment is credited.

3. Orders are shipped from the Seller's warehouse in Portugal via DHL. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days from dispatch. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before placing an order.

4. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation at the e-mail address provided. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.

§ 4. Right of withdrawal (returns)

1. A Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, by submitting a withdrawal statement — most conveniently in the customer panel (My Account → Support → New ticket) or by e-mail to support@cellpowerx.com.

2. The returned goods must be sent back without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days of submitting the statement, to: Cellpower X, Lda, Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, Nº 21, 8º, 1050-166 Lisbon, Portugal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

3. The Seller refunds all payments received (including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered) without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or proof of their return is provided.

4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons (this includes dietary supplements after opening and inhalation accessories after removal of hygiene seals).

§ 5. Complaints

1. The Seller is liable to the consumer for the conformity of the goods with the agreement under the applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Complaints may be submitted in the customer panel (My Account → Support → New ticket), by e-mail to support@cellpowerx.com, or in writing to the Seller's registered office, stating: the Customer's details, the order number, a description of the non-conformity and the request.

3. The Seller examines the complaint and responds within 14 days of receiving it. No response within this period means the complaint has been accepted.

4. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including through the regional Trade Inspection inspectorates, consumer ombudsmen and the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§ 6. Personal data

The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§ 7. Final provisions

1. In consumer matters, the mandatory provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Consumer Rights Act; these Terms do not limit any rights granted to consumers under those provisions.

2. These Terms are effective from 17 August 2026. The Seller may amend the Terms for important reasons; orders placed before an amendment are processed under the previous terms.

The products offered in the Store (dietary supplements, wellness devices) are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease.
